’It is written...” is a biblical memory game played by two or more people. The objective of the game is to be the first player/team to reach the End Times Square.

How to play:

Firstly, someone has to open up in prayer. Then you roll the die and the first player/team that has to start will start on the, 'In the Beginning Square' which is the first square of 40 squares. You must read each scripture out aloud on each square for eg. (the first square is called, In the Beginning) and you must say... "It is written... in Genesis 1:26.. In the Beginning...."

The game gets interesting when you land on a square that says pick a promise card. You will have approximately 60 seconds to memorize and recite the promises (there can be up to 6 promises on a card) Do you know how much God loves you?

There are different squares that will challenge your knowledge of God's promises but you will grow on a more intermit level with His Word and come to know how much He loves you through His promises.

Some squares get you to pray and take prayer request, can you imagine how bold your prayer life will grow and most of all praying is communicating with God.

Some squares you have to share testimonies, can you feel the Holy Spirit bringing to remembrance that one testimony that will impact the lives or a life of the people you playing with. (we all have 1000’s of testimonies) He said that He will bring one to remembrance in season for a person you are playing with to help them.

Some squares you have to give thanks to God for what He has done, doing and about to do... Can you imagine how our Father is so happy cause it is His will for us to be happy, pray and giving thanks. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you).

There are praise and worship squares and for one of the squares you have to give God 60 seconds of your best praise and worship. Can you do it? Play the game with praise and worship music in the background and keep a prayer journal with the game to see that God answers prayers.
